A booking may be considered confirmed once the client has received confirmation from Enter Photography and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

  • Preferred dates and times
  • Location and venue information
  • Contact details
  • Specific photography requirements

Any changes to a confirmed booking must be communicated to us as soon as reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.

4. Pricing and Payments

All pricing, service fees, deposits, and payment terms will be communicated to the client before the service is confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients are responsible for paying the agreed service fees.
  • Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be communicated where required.
  • Additional services or changes to the original project scope may incur additional fees.
  • Payment deadlines must be followed as agreed between the client and Enter Photography.

Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule a photography session should contact Enter Photography as soon as possible.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund arrangements will be subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking and applicable laws.

If Enter Photography needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client and arrange an alternative date or other appropriate resolution.

Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

6. Photography and Image Delivery

Photography services may include capturing, editing, processing, and delivering photographs or other visual materials.

The final images will be delivered through the agreed method, which may include digital downloads, online galleries, or other delivery methods.

Delivery timelines will be communicated to the client and may vary depending on the nature and scope of the project.

We reserve the right to select, edit, and process photographs according to our professional standards and the agreed project requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, unedited or raw image files are not included in the final delivery.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, videos, graphics, website content, and other materials created or displayed by Enter Photography are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Enter Photography retains ownership of the copyright in photographs and other creative materials produced through its services.

Clients may use delivered photographs for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit photographs beyond the scope of the agreed usage rights without prior written permission from Enter Photography.

Any transfer of copyright or additional usage rights must be agreed upon in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project and booking information
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for photography at private venues or locations
  • Ensuring that photography is permitted at the selected venue
  • Communicating any special requirements before the photography session
  • Respecting the rights and privacy of other individuals
  • Making payments according to the agreed terms

Enter Photography is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by incomplete information, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
